Q.  How far is the ceremony from the reception venue? 

A.  The Four  Seasons Resort at Ko Olina is an approximately 35-40 minute drive from the ceremony site. Please plan your travel accordingly!

Q. What time must I be at the church?  

A.  The doors to the parish will close five minutes before the scheduled start time.  Please be on time - late parties will not be allowed to enter until the bridal processional is over.

Q. When does the ceremony end, and when does the reception begin? 

A.  The ceremony ends at 3:00PM, and cocktail hour begins at 5:00PM, giving you ample travel time from the ceremony to the reception venue.

Q.  Is there parking at the Four Seasons? 

A.  Yes.  Parking at the Four Seasons is $20.00 per vehicle (valet only).  We would recommend carpooling or getting an Uber/Lyft!

Q.  Are children invited? 

A.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children due to restrictions at both the parish and the reception venue.  Please respect our wishes for an Adult-Only wedding, and leave the little ones at home.

Q.  What is the dress code? 

A.  Black tie means formal! That means  tuxedos, suits, ties, and dress shoes for the gentlemen, and pretty dresses and high heels for the ladies. No jeans, sneakers, or aloha wear please.

Q. Do I still have to send my RSVP card, even if I told you I was coming? 

A. Yes. Our wedding coordinator will use the RSVP cards to keep track of our guest list.  Please be sure to RSVP by November 16th!
